This marked my third stay at your great hotel, and I keep coming back for several reasons: Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the rooms has consistently exceeded my expectations. It's evident that your housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. Staff: I am always impressed by the helpful and welcoming nature of your staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive guest experience. Optimal City Location: The hotel's location is truly optimal. Everything I need is close by, and the fact that the area feels safe adds to the overall appeal. It's a key reason I choose your hotel for my stays in the city.

I liked how clean and tidy it was, a 5-star experience I must say! Great location next to a shopping centre which was quite convenient. The staff were very polite - from security guards, to receptionists, kitchen staff as well as cleaning staff. Initially I was sceptical about the area as I was told high insecurity around there, I did not witness any insecurity, unrest or trouble at all during my short stay.
