페르피냥 역에서 도보로 10분정도 거리에 있고, 바로 앞에 마트도 있고 아늑해서 좋았다. 또 가이드북에 한글로 번역된 부분에 약간의 감동을 받았다. 세탁기도 있고, 전자레인지겸 그릴도 있고, 에어컨도 잘 나오고 웬만한건 다 있는 것 같다 다만 창문에 블라인드 커튼이 없는게 너무 아쉬웠다
